We are exploring our Spiritual selves (our Karmic contracts and Soul Purpose),  connecting to the answers we all have access to deep within the Soul and, meeting our guides and loved ones within the Spiritual plane

Week Two ~ Chakra and Aura balancing for optimum mind, body and spirit health
Week Three ~ Attunement meditation for Soul Purpose
Week Four ~ Deep trance meditation for deep healing (pain relief, grief, emotional balancing)
