A summary of the discussion after the live meditation:

​We discussed difficulty with visual imagery but a strong connection to feelings, colours, and sensations. This becomes a key point: the emphasis shifts away from needing clear visuals and toward trusting felt experience as equally, if not more, meaningful.

"A" shared how they entered the “present” (baby blue) portal, despite initially resisting it, which is interpreted as the soul directing attention to what is most relevant now. The imagery of spring, light colours, and playfulness is explored as symbolic of new beginnings, growth, and fresh energy entering their life, reinforcing the importance of staying grounded in the present rather than seeking answers in the future.

The discussion then moves into how the meditation was facilitated. I explain that the process is guided by intuitive prompts and internal visuals that arise during the session, rather than a fixed script. The structure begins with breath, followed by energetic clearing, expansion to the higher self, and then returning to a “soul space,” which I describe as the working space for readings and healing. Any participants experience is framed as self-led, with me providing conditions rather than directing their personal journey. This marks a shift toward them taking ownership of their connection, perception, and interpretation of energy.

A core theme is learning to sit with internal experiences without forcing meaning. I describe using the space yourself to observe discomfort, past patterns, and emotional responses without needing to immediately resolve them. The idea of “tokens” or symbolic gifts (such as crystals or the participant seeing money) is introduced as a way the experience communicates reassurance or alignment, rather than something to analyse or doubt. "A's" feeling of abundance is validated as relevant to their current needs, especially around reassurance and flow.

The conversation closes on integration and personal responsibility. The meditation is positioned as a tool for developing self-trust, emotional awareness, and the ability to navigate energy independently. I emphasise that this work can feel disruptive at times, as it brings underlying patterns to the surface, but continued practice helps stabilise and integrate those shifts.

We are encouraged to remain present, as this is where change and opportunity occur, and to recognise that they have more agency in their internal and energetic experience than they may realise.
