Sitting In The Power 12th March, 2026

This is a guided meditation session led by Dr. Vicki Haspels (the Tarot Coach) for a group called "Meditation for All."

The session centres on the theme of courage — defined as quiet inner fortitude and the willingness to act despite discomfort — which participants are invited to hold as an intention before letting it go and dropping into the practice.

The meditation itself guides participants through deep belly breathing, a body scan using an imagined silver-white ball of light that travels through the body releasing tension, grounding into the earth's energy, and then expanding outward to connect with a greater universal light or spirit.

After the meditation, Dr. Vicki briefly reflects on the experience.
Dr. Vicki shares that some of the imagery — particularly the grounding loop connecting to the earth and expanding into the light — came to her spontaneously during the session, which she describes as partly channeled. She notes that future sessions will follow the same core structure but may use different imagery, and that next week's session will be a fully channeled meditation.
