Welcome to Self Directed Effortless Meditation.
For each session you will be guided into self directed effortless meditation ensuring you are gaining the most benefit. Every meeting also includes an in depth discussion, before and after, of your meditation practice ensuring you are meditating in a completely effortless, lazy, easy, way.
WEEK ONE: 1 1/2 - 2 Hours Our first meeting sets you up for success in your meditation practice. You will be guided into your first self-directed effortless meditation using a mantra as an anchor with support every step of the way. By the end of this session you will understand the concept of Effortless Meditation.
WEEK TWO: 1 1/2 - 2 Hours During this session we share your own experiences of effortless meditation with lots of time devoted to answering questions, reinforcing the processes from the last session and a review of your meditation technique. I will again guide you into a self-directed meditation and make sure you are gaining the most benefit from yours. Easy, effortless and enjoyable. We delve a little deeper into how effortless meditation facilitates the emotional deprogramming of your subconscious self, what to expect and some helpful exercises to assist you along the way. By the end of this session you will understand the long term cumulative effects of effortless meditation
WEEK THREE: 1 1/2 - 2 Hours During this session we again share your experiences of effortless meditation with lots of time devoted to answering questions, reinforcing the processes from the last two sessions and a review of your meditation technique. I will guide you into another 20 minute session of self-directed meditation and debrief afterwards, making sure you are gaining the most benefit from yours. Easy, effortless and enjoyable. We then learn about the true nature of stress, how to master your stress cycle and short term benefits of effortless meditation. By the end of this session you will be practiced in identifying your stress triggers, have a stress release process and a deeper understanding of your deeper self.
WEEK FOUR: 1 1/2 - 2 Hours In this, the final session of training, you understand what you are achieving and how you are arriving there. You will be motivated to bring a new level of awareness and a deeper connection to your true nature, a step closer to the life you want to live. Discussion of your personal experience of effortless meditation A 20 minute self-directed effortless meditation The individuated Self, A new level of awareness and motivation, new character traits Live the life you want
