THE INTEGRATED SELF PROGRAM
3 SESSION PACKAGE

Initial Assessment - Soul Purpose Reading + Counselling + Plan
In this, our first meeting, we work together to see what are your self-limiting beliefs, what is energetically holding you back and your current life circumstances.

First follow up session

Follow up session based on your Initial Assessment (one of the following)
  • Past Life Regression
  • Inner Child Therapy
  • Shadow Work
If you need any further follow up appointments we can discuss needs as we go. My undertaking is to support you through your journey because this type of coaching is not a cookie cutter therapy and I only work with your unique frequency.
Final session
This final session is the concluding Energy Healing for energy release. Here you will have a blissful, calm and peaceful release of any residual energy. A beautiful, relaxing, transformative experience to finish off your program
